Grafton Banks Finance are working with a well known commercial company with offices in Haywards Heath to recruit a Treasury and Accounts Receivable Assistant on an on going temporary basis. Working in the Shared Service Centre and reporting into the FinanceOperations Manager you will be responsible for the provision of day to day month end Treasury and Accounts Receivable activities for the UK Companies.

Duties and Responsibilities will include:

- Manage the completion of cashbooks and investigation into reconciling items on a daily basis
- Managing the daily treasury function, preparing daily payment schedules and assessing the availability of funds
- Verification of supplier bank details and approval of supplier payments
- Development of new Treasury processes and controls to meet expanding business needs
- Responding to Group Treasury Department requests
- Assisting with the completion of journals, posting and reconciliation to JDE for Accounts Receivable balances.
- Managing the cash and credit card reconciliation process
- Managing the concession reconciliation process
- Assisting with administration for company credit cards
- Manage intercompany loans and calculate interest charges
- Support in the preparation of audit requests from internal and external auditors.
