**Management Accountant - About The Role**

In this role you will be reporting into the Group Financial Controller and will responsible for assisting with the production of the monthly management accounts. You will be working in a team of 5 and will be working in a thriving organisation that offers greatcareer progression. Your key responsibilities will be:

- Overseeing the production of the monthly management accounts and providing effective financial commentary.
- Month end balance sheet reconciliations and overseeing month end journals.
- Overseeing cashflow forecasting and FX planning.
- Assisting in the preparation of VAT returns for multiple entities and ensuring accurate submissions.
- Monitoring the transactional finance function including purchase & sales ledger.
- Assisting with the year-end statutory reporting and audit preparation.
- Supporting the Group Financial Controller in operating and improving internal controls.

**The successful Management Accountant will have**
- Previous experience in a similar position.
- Strong excel skills.
- Knowledge of Xero is desirable.
