**Support Engineer, 1st / 2nd line, Service Desk**
We have an excellent opportunity for a 1st / 2nd Line Support Engineer or Service Desk Analyst to join a thriving company based in Bangor.Once you have completed your initial induction/training, you will be able to work from home for 2 days each week.
**The Role**
Acting as the first point of contact for IT support, the 1st / 2nd Line Support Engineer will provide support to an excellent standard to the company’s user base and will have the opportunity to work across a wide range of hardware and software, troubleshootingissues across all types of devices.

**What's Required?**
Whilst enthusiasm and the ability to provide a highly personable service are key, it is hoped that the successful 1st / 2nd Line Support Engineer’s technical experience and abilities will include:
- Prior experience in a similar role, working in a Microsoft Office 365 environment
- Familiar with the maintenance and administration of Windows Client and Server operating systems and Microsoft Active Directory
- Experience with helpdesk/call logging software
