Our Business Management Placement Year Programme is an exciting opportunity for students to kick-start their careers and gain valuable hands-on experience in various aspects of business management.

As a placement student, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals, contribute to real business projects, and develop your skills and knowledge in a dynamic and challenging environment. You will receive on-the-job training and support, and have the chance to make a real impact on the success of not only our business but that of our partners and clients.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Assisting in the implementation of business strategies and initiatives
- Conducting market research and analysis to support business decision-making
- Supporting the development and implementation of marketing and sales campaigns
- Assisting in financial analysis and budgeting
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met
- Conducting regular reporting and presenting project progress to senior management
- Supporting the development and implementation of policies and procedures
- Participating in team meetings and providing input on business decisions
- Supporting the management of relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and partners
- Be enrolled in a degree programme, and have completed at least two years of study
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Have a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Have excellent time-management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
- Be able to work effectively in a team environment, and collaborate with colleagues from different functional areas
- Have a strong work ethic, and a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities

**Salary**: From £26,476.58 per year
