Accommodation Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle customer service and front desk inquiries.
- Handle complaints and resolve problems quickly and effectively.
- Oversee the operations of the housekeeping department or contract cleaners.
- Work with the maintenance department to make repairs or other adjustments to guest rooms and common areas.
- Liase with all other department heads to ensure the easy flow of information throughout the team
- To source and liaise with suppliers and review performance/costs on a regular basis
- Deal with guests directly by ensuring they have a positive experience at the hotel.
- Review service standards to ensure the hotel's brand image is maintained from check-in to check-out.
- To recruit, train, develop and motivate staff under your control.
- To maintain, control and safeguard all stock and supplies, ensuring their efficient and economic use.
- Effectively manage a shift schedule for the reception team
- Complete any other tasks required by the general manager/directors

**Salary**: From £25,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Portstewart: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
