Hotel Receptionist

_We are currently recruiting for both full time and part time Receptionist to join our brilliant team._
- Reporting to the General Manager & Deputy General Manager, you will be working as part of small, dynamic team in the Causeways Coasts best Boutique Hotel. As the first point of contact within the hotel, you must have a passion for people and be customer service focused to ensure that every guest leaves wanting to return, whilst taking every opportunity to up-sell room upgrades, encourage repeat bookings or offer food and beverage add on’s. You will enjoy working in a fast paced environment and be adaptable to change._

**Key Duties**
- Guest Arrivals & Departures
- Shift Cash Up
- Handling Reservations for Accommodation and two Restaurants
- Use of PMS systems and Restaurant Booking System
- General Office Administration
- Other duties as required to be carried out in line with Accommodation Manager

**Requirements**:

- One year of experience in a similar role is essential
- Excellent organisational skills
- Be willing to work shifts which will include evenings, weekends and public holidays
- A warm, friendly and approachable personality when dealing with fellow staff and guests
- The ability to work on their own initiative, as well as being capable of working as part of a team

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 24-32 per week

**Salary**: £9.50-£10.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Portstewart, BT55 7EA: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
