We are looking for someone to join our Night Mission Control Crew (our name for Front of house) at newly opening YOTEL London Shoreditch.

A little about the role
The role of Mission Control Crew working at YOTEL is one of continued development and never a dull shift You will get to interact with our great guests, making sure their stay at YOTEL is seamless and that everything is working in the hotel safely and how it should - making you very important to us indeed This Job includes varied responsibilities, combining service between F&B and front of house delivering a great experience, the role is designed for those that want to excel in the hospitality industry, where no day is the same

**Responsibilities**:

- Assisting guests with checking in (self-check in) and checking guests out after their stay
- Welcoming and greeting guests in a friendly, helpful manner whilst maintaining a smart appearance as the face of the building.
- Provide flawless, upscale, professional and high-class guest service experiences
- Ensure that quality and standards meet expectations on a day-to-day basis
- Support and accompany guests during emergency situations and be a solid rock in control of the hotel when emergencies arise (Fire Alarms, Disabled Alarms etc.)
- Ensure and supervise the general security of the guests and complete security floor walk-rounds
- To serve the guests with the food, drinks and other items on offer through the food and drinks outlet in the hotel, set up for Breakfast Shift
- Prepare coffees, cocktails and other consumable items and maintain any displays at the hotel
- Knowledgeable about the food that is served and can handle various dietary requirements

What we are looking for
- Fun bubbly personality, common sense and great attitude
- Excellent customer service skills
- Problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Discretion and sensitivity
- IT skills and knowledge of booking systems and software (not required but would be advantage)
- Good level of English (verbal and written)

Schedule: Day shift between 23:00 - 7:00 (8hrs), Monday - Sunday, 5 days a week
