We are an exciting music venue which hosts a variety of events such as club events, live events, EP launches and, corporate just to name a few.

We're in search of waiters/ hosts to be part of our dynamic crew, in a music orientated working environment with space to grow and network with likewise individuals along the way.

We're seeking friendly, proactive, and driven individuals who prioritise exceptional customer service with creating a welcoming atmosphere.

**Here are the key requirements**:

- A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a fast-paced environment is essential.
- Excellent time management

- Problem-solving and creative thinking

**Your role includes**:

- Warmly welcome guests as they enter the venue
- Checking guests in with table reservations, tickets, and VIP entry
- Maintaining accurate door count information and procedure
- Preparing tables and areas for reservations
- Taking drink orders and delivering them to the table (table service)
- Managing card transactions and bar tabs, promoting drink packages
- Setting up the venue for the shift and ensuring cleanliness throughout and at the end of the shift
- always Collaborating effectively with your team in all areas
- Sharing cocktail knowledge to enhance the customer experience
- Proficiency in all drink menus and knowledge of allergens
- Delivering top-tier customer service
- Product knowledge and venue etiquette
- Proactively engage with company incentives
- Maximise sales using up-selling techniques
- Team work
