Logistics Finance Lead

Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain Finance, the Supply Chain Finance Lead will be responsible for the reporting of PE Group Freight & Logistics costs within Pilgrim’s Europe, providing a financial reporting and commercial support service to the Freight & Logistics team.

**What will I be doing?**
- Support in developing PE group reporting on distribution and warehousing including development of management information as required
- Develop PE group reporting of gap closure activities within the Logistics team
- Provide insightful analysis to help identify opportunities for cost efficiency / gap up opportunities
- Support and provide input to standardisation initiatives as Pilgrim’s Europe ways of working become embedded
- Attend and support meetings with Logistics management as required
- Provide pro-active input to developing and implementing improvement opportunities in logistics accounting and control processes
- Ensure compliance with all SOX and standard internal controls as required

**What will I need to have?**
- Continuous improvement mindset in processes and ways of working
- Ability to meet challenging deadlines, prioritise work and be accurate
- Strong accounting knowledge
- Strong Excel skills
