Fawkes & Reece are working with a market leading housebuilder currently looking for an experienced assistant site manager based in Northampton.
**The Client**
With quality builds and customers at the for front of everything they do, my client is looking for high caliber professionals with shared values and, a passion for the motivational approach to leadership.
All homes are built to industry standards and company quality specifications with regular NHBC inspections.
**The Individual**
My client is looking for a confident and accomplished assistant site manager for their developing site in Birmingham.
As the assistant site manager you will see the site through from start to completion, reporting directly to, and working alongside the site manager.
**Duties**
Assist with the management of day-to-day site construction and operations
Building and maintaining relationships to assist with the Co-ordination of contractor and sub - contractor teams
Implementation of Health & Safety and Environmental regulations
Conduct regular inspections of works carried out, identifying any snags, exercising appropriate action and complete in a timely manner
Management of material stock and availability
Conduct Toolbox talks
Complete site inductions for all contractors and sub - contractors
Attend regular project meetings
Raise issues which may impact the program, budget and or development in a timely manner
**Skills and experience**
Proven track record of assisting site management with a new house builder, with a high-volume house builder
Excellent communication and motivation
IT competent
SMSTS
First Aid
