**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Plan and implement engaging educational activities that promote physical, emotional, and social development in young children.
- Manage daily classroom routines while ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all children.
- Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers regarding children's progress and development.
- Observe and assess children's learning to tailor activities that meet their individual needs.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive team environment focused on best practices in early childhood education.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the nursery setting, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Drive initiatives that promote inclusive practices within the nursery.
- We work with a Continuous Provision framework, encouraging In The Moment Planning within each room.
- We have opportunities in all 3 of our independent, founder owned settings (Hursley, Ampfield (both SO21) and Petersfield (GU31).
**Experience**
- A recognised qualification in Early Childhood Education or Childcare is essential at or above Level 3.
- Previous experience working with children in an Early Years setting (nursery, preschool, childminder, nanny) is required.
- Able to work within a team through effective communication with all members.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to interact positively with children, parents, and colleagues.
- A genuine passion for working with young children and fostering their development through play-based learning.
- Experience in creating engaging educational experiences tailored to various age groups is advantageous.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £25,500.00-£30,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 - 50 per week
