JOB PURPOSE
- To proactively and effectively provide EA support to the Airline Board Member.
JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES
- This role reports directly into the Airline Board Member.
- Complex diary management, pre
- empting clashes, prioritising meetings, gate keeping - staying close to the Airline Board Member to discuss any proposed changes. Responsible for effectively managing Airline Board Member time as business priorities change.
- Post management - Dealing with incoming post, ensuring it is acknowledged and actioned promptly
- Meeting organisation - Internal and external meetings.
- Internal meetings - 121’s / weekly meetings / monthly meetings / workshops / AMB meetings / easyJet Change Board (eCB) meetings, and other meetings as necessary - liaison with other EAs / Non-Executive Directors and AMB members where necessary. Organising away days, team events, dinners and lunches. Organisation of internal meeting rooms, external conference centres. Organisation of meetings with chairman and board members where necessary. Ensuring Airline Board Member is prepared and organised for all meetings with papers and other relevant documents. Preparing leadership team meeting agendas.
- External meetings - Liaison with suppliers / head-hunters / external agencies - booking offsite venues where necessary, European venues, meetings across different time zones, conference calls.
- Travel arrangements - Organise frequent and complex travel arrangements - flights bookings, taxi bookings, train travel, hotel bookings (both European & worldwide) as necessary.
- Expense & purchase order management - Raising Purchase Orders / requisitions and receipting. Sign off of direct report requisitions, following up where necessary. Using Agresso to upload expenses and submission. Vigilant Sign off of direct report expenses & visa card expenses. (and their EAs).
- Other secretarial tasks - Creating and amending excel documents. Generic typing - letters / agendas. Raising holiday requests & submission. Direct report annual leave and sick management.
- Proactive investigation of issues & requests - gathering information and producing draft responses, and undertaking and managing a broad range of ad hoc projects as required.

LOCATION & HOURS OF WORK
This full time role will be based in H89 Luton Airport and will be 40 hours per week.
easyJet offer a hybrid working environment which typically equates to 2 days per week in an office environment which can be flexed up or down depending on Business requirements.
