An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Internal Recruiter to join our client’s Grimsby team on a permanent basis.
**Responsibilities of the Internal Recruiter role**:
- Write job descriptions and adverts
- Advertise jobs where required
- Manage job boards
- Liaise with internal managers, traveling to other offices across Lincolnshire and South Yorkshire to build relationships
- Liaise with recruitment consultancies
- Manage the full recruitment process being the first port of call for all stakeholders
- Organise and set up interviews, room bookings etc.
**Skills & Experience Required for the Perfect Internal Recruiter**:
- Experience in recruitment, working with a good volume of recruitment needs
- Driving License (essential)
- Excellent organisational skills
- The ability to multitask
- Excellent administrative skills
- Experienced using LinkedIn and Job Boards
- Great attention to detail
