**The Role** **Responsibilities** - Supporting the senior management team on brand marketing strategy and marketing calendar; ensuring effective implementation. - Responsible for the development and execution of multichannel marketing campaigns to elevate brand awareness and drive growth. Including seasonal campaigns and product launches. - Delivering inspiring content & copy, across social, print marketing and digital advertising. - Collaboration with the entire team to plan and deliver beautiful assets for use on site, in store and on social - a cohesive cross-platform approach. - Design and promotion of the Gemini Loyalty Program and other customer retention schemes. - Provide designs for the regular updates to both home pages and landing pages. - Support new season layout changes on the site. - Work with the content team to ensure effective customer journeys are maintained and there is the necessary stock of products highlighted. - Ensure a mobile first approach is undertaken and ensure assets are created to digital best practice, ensuring performance of the website is maintained. - Maintaining comprehensible digital asset library of graphic artwork - Being a digital superstar, understanding the latest software and technology to bring new, engaging ideas to the brand. **The Ideal Person** - **Marketing Experience**: Preferably within the fashion sector. - **Klaviyo Expertise**: Prior experience with Klaviyo is a big plus. - **Data-Driven Mindset**: Strong analytical skills to interpret data and translate findings into actionable strategies. - **Creative Flair**: Limitless creativity and the ability to deliver inspiring designs and content. - **Attention to Detail**: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple deadlines. - **Proactive Attitude**: A sense of urgency and a "can-do" approach to problem-solving. - **Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. - **Fashion Enthusiasm**: A genuine love of fashion and style. - **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Photoshop and InDesign. **About Us** Gemini is a fabulous British retailer based in the heart of Stratford Upon Avon, with 39 years' experience, bringing joy to our customers around the world.
