As a French Speaking Advisor you will be pivotal to the communication of international customers and maintaining great relationships with them.

Day to Day Duties

As a French Speaking Advisor your day to day duties will include;
- Liaising with international customers of the business
- Processing orders
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure OTIF
- Communication any delays or issues with the customer
- Ensuring smooth process from enquiry to dispatch
- Make decisions on the best route when problems arise with orders and communicate to customer
- Having a proactive approach to dealing with orders

Essential Skills
- Fluent in English and French both spoken and written
- Customer service experience
- Excellent communicator
- Decision maker

Desirable Experience
- Used Order processing systems
- Advanced Excel skills
- Available imminently
- Proficiency in German language

What training is provided?
Internal Systems and Procedural Training will be provided
