**Role Overview**

As a Junior Event Coordinator, you’ll assist in the end-to-end delivery of events, working alongside the events and marketing team to ensure every detail runs smoothly. This role is perfect for someone passionate about events, brand engagement, and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in planning and coordinating marketing events, pop-ups, and brand activations
- Support logístical setup including venue bookings, staffing, equipment, and supplies
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and event staff to ensure all elements are in place
- Attend events to oversee on-site operations and support event leads
- Assist with pre-event and post-event administrative tasks
- Collect and organise customer feedback and engagement data
- Ensure all branding, promotional materials, and customer touchpoints align with campaign goals

**What We’re Looking For**
- Passion for events, marketing, and customer experience
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive attitude with attention to detail
- Some experience in events, hospitality, or marketing is a bonus—but not essential

Pay: From £30,000.00 per year
