**Role -** Customer Service Advisor (Property Manager)
**Location** - Cotton Street, Liverpool
**Employment Type** - Full-Time, Permanent
**Working Pattern** - Monday to Friday: 8.45 am - 5.30 pm (1-hour lunch). Saturday rota: 9.00 - 1.00: (1 in 5-week rota)
**Salary**: £20,000.

**_Entwistle Green: Countrywide _**are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate individual to join an established Property Management team, within their residential lettings business.
The Connells Group has recently acquired Entwistle Green: Countrywide, securing our place as the UK’s largest property services group. Our Customer Service Advisors (known locally as Property Managers), play a pivotal role in ensuring that our customers and clients receive the service they deserve throughout their time with us; so we're on the lookout for those with great communication and relationship skills and a passion for property
**The role of a Property Manager**:
You will be fully managing your own portfolio of properties across our Liverpool and surrounding area. Acting as a key contact for our tenants and landlords who require support throughout the duration of their tenancy, this could include:
- Managing repairs and maintenance
- Organising Gas and Electrical safety certification
- Assisting with tenant arrears
- Negotiating end of tenancy deposits
- Developing a competent knowledge of lettings legislation, to help and support our customers and colleagues during their tenancy
