**The role**

Our Surveyors are responsible for delivery of land services on major projects to include advice on linear route feasibility, analysis of and advice on designations and constraints, consenting negotiations, preparing and negotiating heads of terms, assessment of losses, acquisitions, stakeholder management and liaison across project stakeholders and the wider company.

**What will I be doing?**

You will be perfect for this role if you.
- Hold an MRICS/AssocRICS qualification in a land or property pathway or are qualified by experience.
- Have a full UK driving licence
- Have experience or interest in working within the Utilities and Infrastructure Sector
- Are experienced in leading a team or projects
- A team player with a can-do attitude
- Good knowledge of reporting systems and Microsoft suites
