We are recruiting for a receptionist to join a global professional services company in their stunning offices in the heart of Birmingham City Centre.
You will be responsible for providing a first-class service to all clients, showing professionalism at all times.
This role will also include assisting with other area's of Estates Management, including work in the reprographics room.
**Duties and responsibilities as a Receptionist will include**:
- Welcoming all clients, providing a friendly, warm and professional welcome
- Looking after all meeting rooms and client areas are maintained and tidy
- Assisting with preparation of meetings and events
- Managing a busy electronic meeting room system
- Coordinating hospitality, supplies and catering for the office
- Post, scanning and distribution duties
- Printing of documents and distributing them
- Document binding and archiving of files
**To be considered for the role of Receptionist you will require**:
- Significant experience in a similar role within a professional services setting
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written
- Have a positive, can-do attitude
- Be confident in setting up audio equipment and trouble shooting
- Be able to work to deadlines
**Salary**: £24,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Birmingham: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
