**Description & Requirements**:
On behalf of the Valuation Office Agency, we are looking for a **Corporate Reporting**Lead** - Inside IR35** for a **3 Month** contract (with poss. ext) based **Hybrid - Remote & 2 days p/week in Manchester (flexible).**
The Valuation Office Agency (VOA) is the public sector’s property valuation experts and advisers. We are one of the largest employers of surveyors in the country offering access to a whole host of learning and development opportunities to support your career development.
The corporate performance team fills a vital role at the heart of the agency and is responsible for the monitoring and reporting of the VOA’s delivery performance against its strategic objectives and targets. The Corporate Reporting Lead will be responsible for developing and producing performance reports for the VOA’s Executive Committee, its parent department HMRC and clients.
To be successful in this role you will need to be able to build effective working relationships across a wide range of stakeholders and draw out key messages and insights from various sources to ensure the Executive Committee have the information to drive performance improvements.
**As a Corporate Reporting**Lead** your main responsibilities will be**:
- Leading on the monitoring & reporting of VOA's performance, inc. developing & delivering performance reports to the ExCo and HMRC parent department.
- Driving improvements in the Agency's monitoring & reporting of performance, working closely with performance leads across the organisation & HMRC.
- Improving the quality of performance reporting & management information ensuring it is insightful, focused & accessible and aligned with VOA's priorities.
- Developing performance insights & preparing briefings for senior leaders and external stakeholders based on information gathered from teams.
**You'll have**:
- Demonstrable Corporate Report writing skills & experience - ability to determine the overarching view within a medium to large scale organisation.
- Excellent stakeholder management / collaboration skills & experience.
- Expert written & verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear & concise manner.
- Excellent numerical skills & analytical judgement - ability to draw out key messages & insights to support decision making.
- Ability to develop performance dashboards - bringing information together from a wide range of sources, ensuring integrity & accuracy.
- Degree level education.
