Corporate Finance Executive

National UK firm of chartered accountants is looking to hire a Corporate Finance Executive. The client has ambitious plans to grow the corporate finance function in Manchester to complement the Midlands and London.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an expanding team where excellent future career progression is on offer.
This exciting job opportunity is broad and varied - you will be assisting in the execution across both lead advisory and transaction services.
Reporting to the Corporate Finance Partner, key duties include:
**Lead Advisory**
- Report writing (e.g. preparation of information memorandum, business plans)
- Financial modelling (e.g. cash flow/financing models)
- M&A analysis (e.g. identification of potential acquisition targets or buyers)
- Researching, preparing and supporting presentations/sales pitches for new business
- Liaising with clients, funders and intermediaries during execution of transactions
- Relationship building with local intermediary market (banks, lawyers etc.)
**Transaction Support**
Preparation of financial due diligence reports in respect of:
- Corporate acquisitions
- Private equity investments
- Bank pre-lending reviews
- Liaising with clients, funders and intermediaries during execution of transactions
- Liaising with other departments (e.g. tax) throughout the transaction
