**Workplace Host**

**Location**: George Street, Edinburgh, EH2
**Rate of Pay**: £12 per hour
**Contract Type**: Temporary to Permanent (conversion after 13 weeks)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service & Support**: Act as the main point of contact for client colleagues on-site, assisting with various requests from technology and event support to wellness schedules and visitor guidance.
- **Engagement & Administration**: Support the Workplace Experience Supervisor and Building Manager in delivering operational excellence and engagement.
- **Meeting Room Setup**: Prepare meeting rooms and maintain booking systems for visitor management, desks, and meeting spaces.
- **Office Standards & Cleanliness**: Encourage clean desk policies and monitor cleanliness across all areas, promoting a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
- **Building Issues & Reporting**: Promptly report any building issues, keeping client staff informed of progress.
- **Mail & Deliveries**: Provide mailroom services, including managing deliveries and customer requests.
- **Security**: Undertake security checks, unlock and lock the building, and maintain vigilance to ensure a safe and secure environment for all.

- **Attention to Detail**: Ability to manage bookings, maintain cleanliness, and ensure correct setup of all meeting spaces.
- **Ownership**: Willing to take initiative, develop strong relationships with guests, and create a welcoming and secure environment.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to assist across various workplace tasks, including desk management, consumable stock control, and guest preferences.

**What We Offer**:

- Competitive hourly rate of **£12**.
- Temporary-to-permanent opportunity, with potential conversion to a permanent role after 13 weeks.
