**The Role

We are an independent family-owned and run, luxury travel operator, looking to appoint a Product Content Executive to join our team. Day to day you will support the Product Teams ensuring that all new product (hotel/cruise/villas/destinations) are uploadedto the website and ensure that the ongoing management of the content is kept up to date.

We have a flexible approach to working and we would consider office/home or hybrid and between 3-5 days per week.

**Key Responsibilities:
The key responsibilities of a Product Content Executive include, but are not limited to:

- To be responsible for the loading of new hotels and destinations.
- Liaise with product department to source content for new product
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure that any product updates are received and updated
- Liaise with suppliers regarding new & existing imagery, ensure the images on the website are up to date
- Choosing a broad range of images in order to successfully promote our products, download high resolution images and videos from image banks and property websites, organise images and videos in a central image library and maintain the company image log.
- Work closely with the marketing and product departments and communicate any issues or concerns.
- Monitor the product inbox and distribute stop sales & special offers to the appropriate team members
- Take part and assist in planning team training focussed on product and destinations.
- Work closely with the loading team to ensure that the special offers and promotions available are clearly displayed on our website and updated when required. Advise marketing of any offers that may be used for social media
