**Leasing Executive - Commercial Pop-Ups - Real Estate - up to £50,000 + car allowance and benefits**

An exciting opportunity for an experienced **Commercial Property Leasing Executive** has become available at a leading international Retail Property Management company based in Central London.
The Leasing Executive will manage the letting of vacant units for exciting, short term retail pop-ups and will build and maintain solid relationships with brands and agencies who are representing new and exciting short term retail clients.

This role is suited to someone with excellent negotiation skills, basic financial acumen and experience of commercial property leasing / letting. You will be customer focused and driven to succeed and improve.

**Opportunity**: This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly successful, international property company in Central London. Our client is offering a competitive salary and car allowance, excellent benefits package and hybrid working (3 daysin the office, one of which must be a Monday or Friday).

**Key responsibilities in this Commercial Property Leasing Executive position include**:

- Working directly with tenant, brand partners, agencies, flagship teams and management to ensure full compliance (including H&S requirements and completion of Notice to Commence forms)
- Ongoing tenant and account management - building and maintaining long term customer relationships, portfolio expansion, debt management etc
- Managing the administration, documentation and processes for the temporary / pop-up transactions
- Assisting teams with business planning, tenant strategy, due diligence and more
- Liaising with the Commercialisation team to identify and introduce appropriate new retailers
- Reporting and tracking an accurate schedule of deals and asset vacancies
- And more

**What we’re looking for**:

- Previous experience as Leasing Executive (or similar) in commercial property
- Industry accreditations desirable
- Impeccable negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to influence multiple stakeholders
- Financial acumen
- Third party supplier management experience
- Solid reporting skills
- Knowledge and experience of property lease terms
- Experience of Landlord and Tenant law, including lease renewals and rent reviews, is highly beneficial
