Operational Readiness and Assurance (ORA) will be formed to drive a focus on Operational Readiness and Project Transition within the business to hasten capability delivery and deliver Full Operating Capability (FOC).

The role of the Asset Integrator is to drive efficient delivery of Asset Integration programme requests for the appropriate Tech Centre/ATO holder, whilst maintaining the correct balance between delivery and governance.

You will be expected to deliver asset integration projects with awareness and compliance to:
- Aviation and transportation sectors.

**Key Accountabilities**:
Ensure the handover of all project assets are safe, maintainable, operable and usable.
Work collaboratively with the client to glean all their asset handover requirements and ensure the deliverables within the Health and Safety file are complete.
Deliver Asset Integration / projects in accordance with requirements, operational constraints, time, cost and quality.
Build and maintain collaborative cross-functional working relationships including Information Management & Digital Asset Management.
Maintain and promote high personal standards in environment, safety, health, security and quality and be a great team player.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Ensuring project success by promoting a ‘Right First Time’ approach to asset handover to the client.
Manage Asset Integration Projects with focus on ensuring the correct balance between delivery and governance (compliance and reporting).
Subject matter expert in the asset integration process, throughout the project lifecycle.
Development of the Handover deliverables matrix, to ensure all asset information is defined and produced prior to the point of handover. Detailing all of the information, documentation, certification, drawings and test information required for each asset class.
Provide input to project management reviews of Asset Integration / Board Management assessments.
Maintaining and developing the ‘Common Language’ documentation tailored to the specific projects. Bringing together all of the naming conventions, codes and asset attributes.
Uploading asset data into the client enterprise system, capturing all asset information required to ensure all assets are safe, usable, maintainable and operable.
Provide guidance and advice on Asset Integration to the Client community.
Develop and maintain awareness of latest industry health, safety and environmental standards.
Ensure the correct maintenance plans and associated spares lists are attached to the appropriate asset.
Identify and deliver the training requirements for operation and maintenance teams.

Additional

Verification and Validation Requirements Matrix.
Integration of new assets with existing infrastructure / facilities.
Defects management.
Integration requirements between dependent projects.
Supports at HAZOPS and HAZCONS meetings.
