The HR & Payroll Officer assists the Director of Finance with all aspects of HR and payroll administration. This includes managing recruitment processes, coordinating pre-employment checks, maintaining accurate personnel records, drafting employment letters and contracts and liaising with the school’s external payroll provider to ensure accurate and timely monthly payroll processing.

**Hours**:25 hours per week, up to 40 weeks (200 days) per annum to be worked during the school term time plus additional days in the school holidays.
