This opportunity would suit a part-qualified auditor, or accountant with experience of preparing limited company accounts. The team adopt a highly collaborative and supportive approach to assignments and encourage individual involvement with technology-drivenprojects to improve efficiencies. The team works flexibly, with hybrid working and a strong supportive team structure to support you in your professional and persona development.

With the support of senior members of the team, you will be responsible for the external audit of accounts for an interesting and varied portfolio, including those from manufacturing, technology, property, financial services and charity sectors. You willcomplete a high standard of work to meet strict deadlines and ensure the firm is represented in a professional and efficient manner on client site and in all communication with clients. You will also support junior members of the team, acting as a role modeland developing your supervisory skills.

Ideally, you will be a part-qualified accountant (ACCA/CA) with a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in auditing and/or preparing statutory accounts for limited company clients, gained within a small to medium-sized accountancy practice. You will have excellentattention to detail, strong communication skills and willingness to develop a successful career in pursuit of the accounting qualification. Experience of CCH audit Automation, Sage, Excel and Caseware IDEA would be highly advantageous.
