Do you want to manage the sponsorship programme for the Great Yorkshire Show and maximise partnerships with a range of different organisations?

If so we have a fantastic opportunity to join the Yorkshire Agricultural Society Marketing team.

**About the role**:
Based on the Great Yorkshire Showground in Harrogate, your main duty is to promote the work of the Yorkshire Agricultural Society and the events held on the showground which includes one of the biggest agricultural Show in the UK, attracting over 140,000visitors over four days, The Great Yorkshire Show. You will develop partnerships with a variety of organisations to develop income streams ensuring the objectives for all parties are met and exceeded.

**Key Areas**:
We are looking for someone who can create and deliver innovative sales and marketing plans that drive customer acquisition, loyalty and conversion across digital and traditional channels. Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you will have a freshapproach and be responsible for delivering projects from conception to delivery, to promote and develop the work of the Yorkshire Agricultural Society, the Great Yorkshire Show and Springtime Live.

**About you**:
We are looking for someone who has:

- A background in agriculture and knowledge and understanding of the industry
- Experience in a similar Sponsorship and Marketing role
- Up to date Digital and social media campaign experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
