Customer Support Administrator

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Customer Service Administrator to work for our client in Nottinghamshire.
**Hours**:8:30 - 4:30, Monday to Friday
**Pay**:£11.28/hr
**Duties Include**:
- Customer order processing and coordination
- Communicating with customers in a professional manner, and developing an ongoing relationship
- Handling queries, order progression and expediting of product
- Liaising with other departments in the business
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in customer service or within a business to business sales environment
- Proficient in IT support packages including Excel and Outlook
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
