An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lettings Negotiator to join this thriving independent lettings business in North Birmingham situated in Great Barr.

The successful Lettings Negotiator will be experienced within a sales role and will be hardworking, enthusiastic and reliable. You must be presentable, a good communicator, willing to learn and able to use your own initiative. You must have a good understanding of Birmingham and the surrounding areas.

The Lettings Negotiator will have had previous experience working within an office environment, ideally within a similar property related role. You must have experience in using Microsoft office packages.

This role will include all aspects of Lettings negotiation including, building relationships by liaising with potential landlords and tenants. You will be pro-active in self-promotion and marketing and provide excellent customer service. The aim is to create a referral business and maintain clients-for-life business.

- Identifying and maximising business opportunities
- Carrying out Lettings Valuations and Listings
- Booking property viewings and registering applicants
- Delivering exceptional customer service over the phone and face to face

- Giving directive to the lettings team to lead them to branch targets
- Negotiating and agreeing tenancies
- Representing the company in a professional manner
- Building strong relationships with local property owners

**Remuneration and hours**

£17,000 base salary
£20,000-£22,000 OTE
9:00am -5:30pm Monday-Friday
9:00am -1:00pm every other Saturday

**Ability to commute/relocate**:

- Birmingham, B42 2LX: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

- Lettings: 2 years (desirable)

**Licence/Certification**:

- Driving Licence (mandatory)

Part-time hours: 40 per week

**Salary**: £20,665.00-£22,230.00 per year
