An extremely busy office where you will be registering applicants, booking and carrying out viewings and tying up offers. They are looking for a negotiator with at least 12 months experience in Lettings and someone who is hungry to earn lots of commission As a Lettings Negotiator you will be responsible for: Arranging and carrying property viewings Negotiating lets Listening to potential tenants requirements and selling the best suited property Liaising with customers to answer any queries they have As a Lettings Negotiator you will have the following skill set: Recent experience working as a Lettings Negotiator Strong written and verbal communication skills Full UK driving license and Car (Parking Provided) The team at Nexus are specialists in providing high-quality recruitment solutions across the property sector.
