**What you will be doing**
We are currently seeking a **Finance Business Partner**, to join our small team, to provide financial support and governance across the Capital Delivery function.You will be responsible for the preparation of accurate & timely financial information,supporting and enabling the analysis and reporting of Capital Delivery’s financial position. Developing and managing the relationship with the senior managers around the business will be key to supporting the achievement of objectives. In this technicallydemanding role, you will maintain a high level of performance and implement significant process improvements.
**We’re looking for you to**:

- We are looking for a confident and self-motivated qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with exceptional communication skills
- Previous exposure to an analytical/management accounts role is essential, as is advanced Excel skills
- You will be comfortable communicating with operational, financial, and senior management colleagues; challenging them on spending where necessary
- You will have the ability to work well under pressure to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Your background will have consisted of you working in one of the following backgrounds, utility blue-chip tech, oil, power, gas, or telecoms (preferable)
