**Summary**:
The Admin Assistant (AA) will work within the School of Physical Training (SofPT) at RAF Cosford. The role is full time 37hrs Per week.

The SofPT Admin team provides support to the whole school for accounting, control and policy guidance to students and all staff. This is a support function and tasks can frequently change to support the business need. ?The role is required to update several different platforms such as, JPA, TEAMS, SharePoint. The role will over-see all admin office tasks such as, filing, ordering of equipment, booking rooms, attending briefs and completing digital filing checks etc. ?

Providing support to audits and checks on school paperwork. Sending out information packs to students.

**Responsibilities**:
Responsible for the provision of administrative support to the SofPT. The following task are completed by the AA.

Manage Work Service requests for the SofPT and Ped Flt and dealing with contractors. Monitor overdue tasks and follow-up accordingly. Input TAFMIS & JPA input including arrivals/clearance and updating competencies.?Transcribe, update & publish Orders, Responsibilities and Processes to the SofPT Training Quality Manual (TQM). Provide support to department inspections and audits. Produce and monitor Staff Planner (Quo Vardis). Manage SofPT Visitors Book & related paperwork, Control Key Register & related documentation, Post in/out??

Management of all posters/signage ensuring they are current & relevant, assist with occasional admin in Ped Flt if workflow allows,greet visitors and answer phones and act as first point of contact.?

Produce and update School Battle Rhythm.?Undertake regular stationery stock checks. Order, take custody of & distribute Forms/Diaries and Stationery.?

Instructor Monitoring Reports, file and update assessment log.?. Deputise for the department supervisor E1 in his/her absence. Electronic filing including maintenance & input of various database systems.

Undertake Quality audit checks in accordance with JSP440 and JSP822 as directed by line manager?
