**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Job responsibilities**
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, incorporating technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery of technology solutions.
- Identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing potential roadblocks and implementing contingency plans to maintain project and program momentum.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and business stakeholders, to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- Utilize advanced analytical reasoning to assess program performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven optimizations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team.
- Develop, track and report on key program performance metrics.
- Own end to end delivery of technical projects, identify technical risks, make trade-offs and efficient delivery of program goals.
- Analyze business objectives, customer needs, product adoption inhibitors and opportunities, and based on these, in close collaboration with your stakeholders, define a long-term strategy and roadmap for KYC platform and components.
- Exercise technical judgement in evaluating projects and their potential solutions.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations and effectively manage priorities, dependencies, and risks.
- Identify opportunities, lead process improvements, and implement best practices to improve team efficiency and reduce redundancy.

**Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills**
- Strong experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organization.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Technical Solutions, vendor product knowledge, managing vendor relations, and implementing solutions.
- Proven ability to lead remote teams, manage cross-functional projects, establish productive working relationships, influence executive-level strategic decision-making and effectively translate technology insights to business strategy in communications with senior executives.
- Proven track record of effectively managing resources allocation, budgets in a fast-paced, agile environment, including Book of Work review, prioritization, and escalation.

**Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills**
- Ability to influence without formal authority, leading teams by example and behavior rather than mandate.
