Reporting to the Legal Director, you will play a key role in managing IP and Marketing matters from a legal perspective for the business, working closely with the CMO and leading on marketing initiatives. This will incorporate digital and AI matters, especially as AI continues to evolve for the business. You will also manage the IP portfolio, leading on the anti-counterfeiting agenda and the protection of brands and IP assets.This is an exciting opportunity for an IP lawyer to join a luxury consumer brands business in a key role for the EMEA legal team.About YouThe position will best suit an experienced IP lawyer with marketing and strong brands experience. Extensive experience working closely with consumer, retail, FMCG or luxury brands is key, ideally from an in-house perspective. Any digital, data privacy and AI experience will also be very useful.
