**About Us**:
Nurtured Future Living are looking to hire exceptional Support Worker’s to join our established team based in Wolverhampton, West Midlands, on either full time or part time hours.

Do you have a passion supporting young people who need it most? Are you flexible and interested in helping others?

You will be working with 16+ year olds in a supported semi-independent setting.

Nurtured Future Living is a Health and Social Care Company looking for flexible, enthusiastic, compassionate and caring people to provide up to 24 hours support to vulnerable children and young people.

**Area **- Wolverhampton, West Midlands

**Salary -** Competitive hourly rate plus £60 Block payment, Sleep ins

**Shifts - **8am to 11pm hourly rate then you will be required to do 11pm to 8am sleep in. need to be fully flexible to cover days, sleep nights and every other weekend on a rota basis.

**Full time, Part Time hours available**

**To be a successful Support Worker with Nurtured Future Living, you’ll need: -**
- Excellent understanding of safeguarding
- Flexibility to work shifts 12 hour shifts, alternate weekends
- Hold NVQ/Diploma or equivalent in Children & Young people or any related qualifications within Children & Young people or supported living.
- Ideally over 2 year experience working with either children or young people or within a supported living environment.
- Driver with a full UK driving licence is preferred
- Well written and comprehensive record keeping

**A day in the life of a Support Worker with Nurtured Future Living Involves**:
- To act as positive role model
- Support in a structure rich environment, being consistent and nurturing
- Assisting the young people to become as independent as possible
- Monitoring and educating the young people we support
- Supporting day to day activities to help build their social and emotional skills
- Managing and understanding behaviours of concern and the reason for them
- Awareness of stresses or abuse, monitoring, recording and reporting
- Assistants with budgeting
- Positive engagement is key to encourage the young peoples development
