Supply Chain Coordinator

Concept Resourcing are delighted to be partnering with a manufacturing client who are looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join their team based near Normanton, Leeds.
The successful Supply Chain Coordinator will be responsible for running stock usage reports, analysing usage & placing orders with suppliers. Your overall objective is to ensure stocks levels are maintained and orders are processed.
**Full duties and responsibilities include;**
- Purchase order creation, order management & progress chasing.
- Analysis of stock / forecast reports and inbound order information data. Understand the data and check it correlates with records and feedback with recommendations.
- Assist the Customer Service Teams to provide supplier lead time updates.
- Assist with stock allocations and PO fulfilment.
- Liaise directly with customer, factories and offices oversees.
- Carry out turnover forecast reporting, recording by channel to highlight strong / weak channels of supply.
- Updating weekly sales report to view sales figures and provide the summary to the service team.
This role will be office based, 40 hours per week. There is a possibility to work from home once probation is passed but you must be able to travel to site.
**What you'll need to succeed**
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a great attention detail and be extremely organised. This company are looking for someone who is looking to grow and develop their skills within Supply Chain. You will preferably have administrative experienceand knowledge of Excel.
You will be joining a small team with a friendly working environment so they are looking for someone who will be flexible to help support the wider team when needed.
Previous experience in supply chain/logistics role is an advantage but not essential.
