**Salary**: Within Hoople Band B £22,514 - £24,037 FTE (£13,690 - £14,617 per annum)

Hoople is on the lookout for a part-time Business Administrator to join our busy Building Maintenance and Cleaning Team. Here’s a taste of what your main responsibilities could look like:
**What You’ll Be Up To**:
- **Data Dynamo**: Enter data and create a variety of business documents—think forms, logbooks, quotes, and registers. You’ll be the go-to guru for all things paperwork
- **Filing Wizard**: Keep our service and maintenance paperwork organised, whether in hard copy or digital form. Your knack for detail will keep our logbooks and records up to date
- **Communication Champion**: Connect with our amazing internal staff, client teams, subcontractors, and suppliers. You’ll occasionally be scheduling bookings and maintenance appointments for staff and contractors with client sites
- **Cost Detective**: Ensure our labour and material costs are spot on. You’ll assist with invoicing and capturing subcontractor costs, all while keeping everything in check.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- A minimum of Level 3 Business Administration qualification or an equivalent experience
- Proficiency in MS Excel will give you an edge in this role.
**Working Hours**:
We’ll work with you to create a schedule that fits you You’ll work 4.5 hours a day between 8 am and 4 pm, Monday to Friday. Whether it’s 8 am to 12:30 pm or 9:30 am to 2 pm, we’re flexible
