**Position Overview**: We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Head Waiter to join our team. The Head Waiter will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dining room, overseeing table planning, dining room preparation, and post-meal clean-up. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering impeccable service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create and maintain a detailed table plan for all guests, ensuring efficient seating arrangements and optimal use of space.
- Prepare the dining room before each meal service, including cleaning and setting up cutlery, glassware, and other tableware.
- Coordinate with reception to determine the number of guests expected and any special requirements or preferences.
- Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food service.
- Supervise and train dining room staff to uphold our high standards of service excellence.
- Oversee the cleaning and sanitization of the dining room and related areas after each meal service.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain inventory of dining room supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and ensure compliance among staff members.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a waiter or head waiter in a high-end restaurant or hotel setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership abilities with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and occasional weekday shifts.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
- Knowledge of food and beverage service procedures and etiquette.
- Certification in food handling and safety is a plus.
