- We’re looking for a Net Zero Strategy Lead to:
- sit in the Net Zero team that is dedicated to operationalize the Net Zero program at UBS
- represent UBS Net Zero views in external and internal expert discussions
- support the development of the transition plans of the Business Divisions
- help support technical design decisions for our Net Zero strategy together with stakeholders
- support project and stakeholder management work for the Net Zero program
- support the development of climate disclosure narratives

**Your team**
- You’ll be working in the Net Zero Team of the Chief Sustainability Office in London. The team is responsible for the implementation of the UBS Group Executive Board-sponsored sustainability and impact strategy, including our progress towards Net Zero. In your role you will interact closely with different teams within Group Sustainability and Impact, as well as other UBS Business Divisions and Control Functions. Become a part of a truly agile and multi-national team.

**Your expertise**
- able to use technical ‘know how’ on sustainability to align multiple stakeholders on the best solution, in line with the emerging regulatory frameworks
- represent UBS at a senior level vis a vis external parties
- able to translate key (technical) choices and decision in an easy to understand message for senior management
- conduct detailed analysis of new standards and regulations for the program
