Property Negotiator

_Due to company expansion we are looking to recruit a _**Property Negotiator**_ _for an award-winning local Estate Agency (Sales)._

**Your main responsibilities will include but not limited to-**
- Dealing with enquiries in a quick and proficient manner
- Conducting property viewings/Converting sales from viewings
- Selling third party services on viewings and on calls
- Regular communication with vendors with regards to property feedback
- New business/lead generation, sales calls, managing hot buyers
- Constantly monitoring the current local market
- Negotiating sales through to completion
- Registering applicants fully and screening these for potential business opportunities
- Referring investors to our lettings team
- Book mortgage appointments
- Book property market appraisals
- Assist in the marketing of properties
- Working to pre-set targets.

**About you-**
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Presentable and well spoken
- Be able to work well in a team and follow instructions
- Driven and motivated
- Able to work to targets/KPI’s
- Excellent organisational skills
- You will require a Full valid UK Driving licence.

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Falmouth: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
