Townsends is a local independent Estate Agency based in Falmouth, with a strong focus on Lettings & Property Management.

We are looking for a highly organised new team member to join us.
- Experience of working in a lettings or estate agency environment
- A positive, can do attitude, with the ability to communicate effectively with people from all walks of life
- Willing to undergo training to become qualified
- Able to prioritise and remain calm under pressure
- Confident team player
- Driving licence
- Great telephone manner

Salary in the region of £18,000 to £20,000 per annum (negotiable depending on experience).

30 Hours per week from Monday - Friday available over 4 or 5 days with some flexibility.
