**Essential requirements of the Nursery Practitioner position**
- Level 3 or above in Childcare
- Experience working with children 3 months to 5 years.
- Understanding of the EYFS Framework
- Experience of planning, observing and carrying out exciting activities
- Understanding of the Key Person role.

**Essential Attributes**
- Passion for working with children.
- Outgoing nature
- Creative
- Confident Team player
- Level 3 or level 2 qualified
- Full training. For example, Safeguarding, FGM and Prevent Duty.
- Planning in the moment with reduced paperwork with the new framework in mind.
- Uniform provided.
- DBS and update service provided.

**Interview Process**
- Manager and Deputy Manager will carry out the interview.
- Discuss your experience of working with children.
- Discuss your understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding
- Assess your suitability to work as part of our team.

.Carrying out a small group activity with Preschool/Toddler age children.
