Purchase Order and Stock Controller

This role will have the following responsibilities:
1. Receiving purchase orders from our various retail outlets for review and submission to our suppliers.
2. Inputting purchase orders into our system.
3. Checking delivery notes against purchase orders and making necessary amendments before converting orders to purchase invoices.
4. Reviewing prices to ensure system costs are current and up to date and adjusting as necessary.
5. Ensuring the price book is kept up to date.
6. Setting up of new products on the system.
7. Wholesale price list to be created on a monthly basis.
8. Managing of price increases as they are notified to us by suppliers.
9. Analysis of cost prices and gross profit margins to ensure budgeted margins are met.
10. Other ad hoc administration as needed.
Based at Head Office in Brentwood
Salary £25,000
**Salary**: £25,000.00 per year
