The primary duties of this hands-on role include:
- Client facing meet and greet, call handling and message taking
- Booking client facing meeting rooms and setting up required hospitality
- Processing mail items, maintaining department records, general administration
- Reprographics and document scanning
- Housekeeping of filing system and inventories held on site
- Stock control for stationery and hospitality items
- Approachable and friendly manner
- Previous experience in a similar type of role
- Excellent telephone and communication skills
- IT confident, Experience of Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, Excel
- Highly organised with good attention to detail
This role is Monday-Friday working 0830-1700 daily, with an annual salary of £21,315.
