Regional Supply Chain Planner

We are looking to recruit a permanent Regional Supply Chain Planner working out of our Global HQ in West Sussex (hybrid working). To manage team of supply chain co coordinators within our Omni channel FMCG business. To manage order to delivery process, optimising service levels whilst driving operational efficiencies, cash and inventory. Managing the event execution plan within given cluster.

**More about the role**:

- Manage the order (Core, NPD, GNFR and VM) end to end process to delivery across Omni channel and multiple market scope
- Work closely with cluster / markets teams to optimise service and inventory levels
- Optimise the technology solutions to drive efficiencies in ways of working
- Support business with data / analytics to manage risk / opportunities to supply / service
- Continually review ways of working across key stakeholders / key departments and propose / implement improvements in line with business priorities
- Manage and develop a team of supply chain coordinators to drive high performance and customer service.
- Drive the cluster S&OP process from a supply chain perspective, engaging commercial, finance and demand planning in strategic business planning
- Responsible for maintaining the ethical standards of The Body Shop including minimising the environmental, health and safety risks in the workplace and responsible for reporting potential risks, real accidents and near misses to relevant managers

**What we look for**:

- Supply chain experience in FMCG industry / Omni channel environment.
- Proven track record of driving operational efficiencies, process driven.
- Strong influencing skills across multiple functions / stakeholders.
- Clear and effective communicator and influencer across all levels of the business
- Highly numerate with strong analytical skills
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic able to challenge the status quo
- Passionate about Supply Chain with advanced knowledge of SAP
- Degree level education
- Advanced level in Microsoft, including Excel
