**Our London Bakery**

A brand-new department, catering to The Newt's London Ecommerce business. Always focused on creating fresh bakery and pastry products of the highest quality.

**Our Bakers**

Creating a variety of breads and bakery items including sourdoughs, flatbreads, french breads and croissants to the highest of standards. You will support the team and senior baker with the fulfilment of ecommerce orders.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Scale and mix daily dough batch/mixes as per daily orders or as directed by the senior baker
- Adhere to company SOPs and guidelines
- Support the senior baker in the daily ordering of ingredients
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines

**Skills and Experience**
- Basic understanding of working with yeasted doughs
- Previous bakery experience
- Great teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of bakery health and safety
- Excellent attention to detail
