**Part Time Self Employed Senior Aesthetic Receptionist**

**We are seeking a Part-time Senior Aesthetic Receptionist to join our friendly expanding team. We are a small independent clinic based in Waterloo, London.**

**Responsibilities (but are not limited to)**:

- Assist patients with booking, cancelling or rescheduling when necessary**
**- Effectively support the practitioners**

- Keeping the shop floor clean**

**Requirements**:

- Must have a positive can do attitude, friendly & excellent customer service skills**
**- Attention to detail**
**- Must have previous experience in an aesthetic clinic (or similar)**
**- Must be able to work on Saturdays**
**- Must be reliable and act with integrity**
**- Must be a quick learner who can absorb and implement information**
**- Must be self motivated and able to perform tasks without supervision**
**- Must have a general interest for the aesthetic / skin care industry**
**- Must be able to work effectively under pressure**
**- Knowledge of Phorest software (Desirable)**

**THIS IS A SELF EMPLOYED POSITION**

**MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK SATURDAYS**

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 8-16 per week

**Salary**: Up to £12.00 per hour
