**Overview**
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Pet Groomer to join our team. As a Pet Groomer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our furry clients while providing exceptional grooming services. You will be responsible for creating a positive experience for both pets and their owners, showcasing your skills in grooming and animal care.

**Duties**
- Perform grooming services including bathing, brushing, trimming, and styling pets according to breed standards and client preferences.
- Assess the condition of pets' coats and skin, identifying any issues that may require veterinary attention.
- Maintain a clean and organised grooming area, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitised and in good working order.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with pet owners about their pets’ needs and grooming requirements.
- Handle pets safely and compassionately, ensuring their comfort throughout the grooming process.
- Assist with heavy lifting when necessary, particularly for larger breeds or special needs animals.

**Skills**
- Strong customer service skills to foster positive relationships with pet owners.
- Knowledge of animal care practices.
- Experience in handling various breeds of dogs, demonstrating patience and compassion.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required for larger animals or equipment.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.

Pay: From £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
