Monday - Friday

Temp Contract - 6 months minimum

Day rate paying up to £300 per day

**Job Purpose**
- The role will be based Tuesday-Thursday in our London office and Monday and Fridays wfh
- This individual will support the Training Lead in the execution of the learning strategy across multiple waves or a global ERP role out.

**Main Duties**
- Support Training Lead with the completion of Training Needs Assessments
- Support with the upload and socialization of new training materials & assets with the project team and end uses
- Proactively manage the Training mailbox
- Support Train the Trainer activities
- Support training plan design
- Support the creation and updating of learning curriculums
- Coordinate training logistics (invites, rooms, attendees, etc.)
- Support training sessions and digital learning change requests
- Produce weekly reports of digital learning and training plan progress
- Track training attendance (classroom)
- Track digital learning completion
- Gather and consolidate training feedback
- Coordinate post go live training sessions requests
- Support the gathering and sharing of post go live FAQs working closely with the instructional design team
